Shipping & Return Policies


Manatee Max has traveled the world in search of high quality products at great prices.  We've partnered with leading companies to offer the best products and best service possible.   This allows us to have multiple shipping locations, so we can ship from the closest available warehouse to get your order delivered as quickly as possible.  

Orders are usually processed in 1-2 business days, however, multi-item, and/or high dollar value orders may take longer. The Free Economy shipping may ship via US Postal Service, FedEx SmartPost, or UPS Mail Innovations. Transit times are typically 4-7 business days thereafter depending on your location. If you'd prefer guaranteed FedEx Ground shipping, please select the $5.00 FedEx Ground option at checkout.  Please contact us for expedited shipping options and costs. 

Manatee Max reserves the right to assess additional shipping charges on oversized packages based on dimensional weight and/or items that must ship via LTL freight service. We will notify you of any additional charges prior to shipping.


Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Returns that are not a result of our error may be subject to a 20% restock fee. 

Returns must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition.

  • Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, and blank warranty cards.  Please do not write on or attach shipping labels to the manufacturer's packaging.

  • Products cannot have been installed, used, disassembled, altered or have any missing parts or hardware.

The following orders are not returnable: 

  • Custom or Special Orders
  • Opened Computer Software, Electronic Charts or Media
  • Electrical Parts or Fuel Components
  • Paint / Liquid Cleaning and Maintenance Products

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt at the returns facility. We highly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance in case of loss or damage. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with a return authorization and instructions for how to return items from your order.  Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.

Damaged Products
If your product has been damaged in shipment, please
contact us immediately. We will file a damage or loss claim with the carrier on your behalf and work to get the claim resolved as quickly as possible.

 Defective Products
If you have received a defective product, working directly with the manufacturer is often the fastest, most convenient way to resolve the issue.  If you wish to return it to us, please complete the RMA request process as noted above within the 30 day return period
.  All defective claims must be inspected and tested for manufacturer's defect before a replacement or credit can be issued. Once we receive the item back, we will send it to the manufacturer and work with them to get it repaired or replaced under their warranty.  This process may take several weeks, depending on the manufacturer.

Any warranty issues after 30 days from purchase must be addressed by the manufacturer directly.


 Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are digital delivery.  The gift certificate will be emailed to the recipient.   Gift certificates expire after 1 year and are not refundable.



Please notify us immediately at if you need to cancel an order.  We'll do our best to honor all cancellation requests but may be unable to stop orders once they have entered the shipping process.

Manatee Max reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason.  We will notify you prior to cancellation if the order cannot be fulfilled.



Although it is our intention to provide accurate information on our website, we regret, but are not liable for errors in product descriptions, pricing and photographic errors. Photos may be stock file photos from the manufacturer provided for reference.  The manufacturer may use the same photo to represent all variations of a product or show the product in use with other parts that may be sold separately.  Please review the part number and description and contact us with any questions before ordering.
