Max's back yard faces south. Looking east we have The Chapman School of Seamanship, and across the canal, we have Mack Yacht Services.

Looking west is the end of the canal and today, due to the cold weather (relatively speaking), we have a bunch of Manatee Max's relatives down for a visit.
