One of the great things about the holiday season, is how it brings families together.  Folks who have married or migrated almost miraculously find their way home.  And, Pearl and I are so excited about this because,this year's warm Florida currents have brought our son, Coral, back to Port Salerno's shallows for the winter. He went foraging on his own up north for the summer. He looks well fed and no worse for wear except that he lost an eye. When we asked him how it happened, he said, "Shark attack." Looks more like he played chicken with a Narwhal. We're not going to make a big deal out of it, we're just thankful to have him home.
